Browsing

Our items for sale are listed in Ensemble-defined Catalogues. Go to "About the Catalogues," where each catalogue is described. Within the Catalogues, each item has its own panel with its own brief description. The technical difficulty rating is given in Grades: 1 = Relatively Easy, 2 = Of Moderate Difficulty, 3 = Difficult, 4 = Very Difficult. This a very general guide only: every piece is uneven in its technical demands and has easier parts alongside harder ones.

Purchasing

To select an item - Click "Add to Basket."

To select further items - Repeat the process.

When you have finished your selections - Click "Go to Checkout."

Paying and After

At Checkout - Follow the process for completing the purchase.

Customers must click to accept Terms and conditions before making payment.

On completion, an email will be sent to you noting the acceptance of your order.

Delivering your Order

Posting - Same-day or next-day posting is our standard.

We will contact you direct if any unforeseen problems arise.

Returns & Cancellations

We hope that you will be satisfied with your order. If any item does not meet with your expectations, or if there is a problem with the material, please contact us directly within 7 working days of delivery. We do not supply music on an open sale-or-return basis.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Refunds

Refunds will be sent within 14 working days of an agreement being reached.

Privacy

No customer information will be shared, sold or disseminated in any way. It will be used only to process orders by Howard Snell Arts Ltd.

All credit card information is encrypted and transmitted securely. We do not store your credit card details on or off the website. PayPal deal with that element of your transaction
